Breakdown of today’s CETA vote: Hold your representatives accountable!

In one last step before the final plenary vote, the European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade (INTA) voted in favour of CETA. A majority of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in INTA decided to steam full-speed ahead with this deal, disregarding a risk to 90 million jobs (which the Committee on Employment verified in early December) and instead favouring multinational corporations.
